Size Guideline for Knee Sleeves;
Small - 25-32cm
Medium - 30-37cm
Large - 37-43cm
X-Large - 42-47cm
XX-Large - 47cm+

Size Guideline for Elbow Sleeves;
X-Small - 19-24cm
Small - 23-28cm
Medium - 27-33cm
Large - 30-36cm
X-Large - 36-39cm
XX-Large - 39cm+

To measure, check the circumference of your knee with your leg straight. If you're on the cusp of two sizes and prefer them tight go for the smaller of the two sizes, and if you prefer them not so tight go for the larger of the two.
